ARISE FAQs

 General Questions

  • ARISE wall decals are reusable, removable and fully sterilizable with either bleach or alcohol-based cleaner. When a patient is finished using the wall decals, simply disinfect each decal before reusing with another patient. If your facility has an iPad or other device sterilization protocol already in place, continue to follow it.

  • We designed ARISE for children ages 6-12. However, the care team knows their patients best and we’ve heard success stories with teens and younger children as well.

  • Yes! The ARISE wall decals can be arranged to enable gameplay for children of all abilities. The game can be a great motivator to help children learn to use wheelchairs. For an engaging and educational in-room experience, try placing decals on different medical equipment within the child’s room or in the bathroom!

  • Tablets, such as iPads, and smartphones (both Android and iOS) that have rear-facing cameras and recent operating systems.
