Sales Development Rep

We’re looking for someone to help connect us with more hospitals…

SpellBound is looking for a highly focused, self-starter to join our sales team. The candidate will report directly to the Head of Business Development and will be responsible for growing our pipeline across all of our key markets and creating a steady flow of qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify new leads and drive pipeline growth by booking meetings for our Account Executive

  • Engage leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling

  • Establish baseline domain knowledge and use that knowledge of our customer base and product to accurately qualify opportunities before passing them to the Account Executive

  • Log activities within our CRM and generate weekly reports of sales activities and KPIs

About You:

  • Strong drive to excel with a tenacious upbeat attitude

  • Coachable, flexible, and eager to learn new ways of reaching your goals

  • Comfortable with technology and adapting new tools into your workflow

  • Exceptionally strong communicator in any forum
